The PWW dry sandblasting machine impresses with its even and gentle paint preparation, which thoroughly reaches even the smallest gaps between the rims.
Paint preparation takes just a few minutes, which speeds up the work process considerably.
Spare parts are available from us at any time and the simple loading of the rims makes handling even easier.

We recommend an area of X x Y m in order to be able to work optimally on the dry blast cabin.
Our machines can be flexibly repositioned with their four castors.
After setting up and connecting the compressed air and power supply (see next point for details), you can start working straight away.

Compressed air

The PWW dry blast cabinet is supplied with a half-inch bsp external thread and 3 m of air line.
You will need a half inch bsp FEMALE fitting connected to your air supply.
If required, we can supply a reducer to ½ inch with your machine.
The air tap should be no further than 3 m from where the machine is to be installed.
The air line should not be restricted by connections with a smaller diameter (plug connections).
Your compressor should be equipped with a dryer and have a capacity of 18CFM to 30CFM.

Power connection

The blasting cabinet is supplied with a single-phase 3-pin 240 V CEE plug.
